Based on our Lemon and Thyme gin with the addition of gorse flowers picked near Abbotsham cliffs overlooking Lundy Island. These beautiful yellow flowers give a delicate sweetness. Serve with a plain tonic and a slice of lemon.
Distilled in Bideford in a traditional copper pot alembic still, using local spring water from Tarka Springs. ABV 42%
