Atlantic Spirit No.2 Lemon and Thyme

No lemons are harmed in the making of this gin. Lemon balm creates the citrus flavour along with 2 local thymes selected from RHS Rosemoor. A beautiful gin, lemon sherbet all the way with a citrus fruit and juniper finish. Super smooth with citrus on the nose. Serve with a plain tonic, slice of lemon and sprig of rosemary.

Distilled in Bideford in a traditional copper pot alembic still, using local spring water from Tarka Springs. ABV 42%
